Steve Tait

Founder & Chairman

Steve has been in Hong Kong and Asia for over 22 years, he has earned a reputation as a dynamic and accomplished entrepreneur, business leader and specialist programme & project manager with expertise in leading critical initiatives throughout the investing and financial services sectors. With the agility to move from high-level strategy development and change management to hands-on training and problem-solving, Steve ensures that the Minerva Group is well led and that the companies and their clients alike enjoy the best possible results. Besides his role with Minerva, he holds board positions with a number of Hong Kong and UK based companies and committee positions with leading charities.

Sharon McEneff

Founder and CEO

Sharon as been in Hong Kong for 22 years and is the Managing Director and has oversight of all the Minerva Group businesses. She has now been in business for over 13 years working on operations, marketing, communications, Comsec, accounting and administration.

Sharon came from a background in Event Management.
